We have more classes than on any other FitVenture and the hiking is lovely and on even terrain. We'll kayak, bike, hike and energize ourselves with Yoga and Kickboxing classes! Come out and play! New River Gorge, VA The New River Gorge in West Virginia is known for the rugged adventure that its terrain offers. People are drawn to the area for some of the best White Water Rafting and Rock Climbing in the nation. On this FitVenture you can expect to be challenged to jump right into the activities we have lined up. They are all optional so no pressure! Only happy encouragement. The pure adrenaline rush you will feel if you take on these challenges will infuse you with NRG that you can take back home with you. This FitVenture is for those who are ready and willing to try new things and add adventure to their lives! The trip is every May.

Acadia National Park, ME Join us in Maine for this amazing scenic weekend filled with activity!! The scenery is unlike anywhere else in the country with gorgeous granite rock formations and mountains on the Ocean. We will enjoy Rock Climbing, Kayaking, Hiking and Biking along the Rockefeller Carriage Roads throughout the Park. This trip is scheduled for July.

Shenandoah National Park, VA Come play in the beautiful mountains of Virginia in October. You won't want to miss the way Autumn affects this gorgeous area. The air is cool and crisp and the trees are a multitude of colors from yellow, orange, red and green. You'll get to hike along amazing waterfalls, and take a swim if you like! We will also enjoy kayaking the Shenandoah River and Rock Climbing in the National Park. This trip is every October.

New Paltz 'Gunks', NY   Come enjoy the best rock climbing in New York State and be surrounded by the gorgeous Autumn foliage. We will enjoy excellent rock climbing instruction in the famous Shawangunks and be surrounded by the 'climbing community', certainly something to experience in itself. We'll bike along the historic rail trails and hike in the famous preserves of the area. Of course we will partake of all the amazing food that the area has to offer in the quaint town of New Paltz as well. This trip is every September.
